Do I need to be in shape and injury free to start?

In person coaching or online, which should I choose?
The hybrid path…Both!
The value from in person coaching is unmatched, & will allow you to learn how to train properly, setting you up for success with online coaching where you receive more autonomy and responsibility.
Online coaching allows you the flexibility to train from your home or anywhere in the world at a time that best fits your schedule. You get a detailed and tailored training plan, have the opportunity to send and receive video analysis and feedback, as well as monthly video call check ins to discuss each prior and upcoming phases of training.
-
How much time do I need to commit each week?
Frequency is individualized and dependent on the trainee’s goals, timeline, and training age.
For strength training typically 3-4 days a week and for conditioning 2-4 days a week.
Certain skills like handstands can have as high as 6 days a week of practice but as short as 20 minute sessions, so every program is always individualized and tailored to the trainee. -

Nope! Online coaching allows you to train autonomously on your own time. We will meet on zoom to discuss your training goals and plan, but the actual training you do on your own.
